Scientists are just beginning to understand the human body's central nervous system, including the brain functions. But a very simple explanation is that it operates in the same capacity as a communication center. It shares the data collected from our external environment with the internal organs and systems .This ongoing interchange of critical information allows our bodies to perform the many and varied tasks needed to maintain optimal health.
Because of the complicated relationship of our bodies to our external environment, healthy choices involve not merely proper diet and exercise, but getting adequate rest and monitoring stress levels, as well.
Our choices related to the care and treatment of our bodies result in its ability to work according to the design.
