About GLAM

I started Glam Inside and Out to openly CHALLENGE society's unhealthy fascination with Glamour.
The world's definition of glamour and it's nickname"GLAM" are rooted in a vain and shallow humanistic vision.
This world's idea of glamour and who is glamorous is based on the outward appearance only. The criteria

for meeting the world's notion of "glamorous" is so unattainable, that even those we "dub" as having GLAM
seem to constantly doubt their own worthiness. 
In addition, as soon as the pop notion of ultimate beauty changes, we move on, leaving our former
glamour icons in the dust. There have been many examples, especially among movie stars and musicians,
through the years that prove my point.

Unfortunately, this illusive concept of "having GLAM" can also leave those who chase it feeling
worthless and empty. 

 
So who can truly define glamour or beauty ?

 

You've probably heard it said.....

"Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder....." 

If that is true,then should not the One who is the Original Designer of everything beautiful
that we can "behold"  .......

Be the best judge of true beauty  ?

As the designer of this website, I am working in cooperation with the designer of LIFE.
I want to help people discover their incredible worth from the inside to the outside. 

So, on this site, GLAM is an acronym for...

         G_od's  L_ove  A_nd  M_ercy

This acronym flips the focus from our opinion on this matter to what The Creator of the Universe,

YHWH * thinks. According to the Bible, mankind was lovingly and thoughtfully designed to care for &
rule over all of the rest of creation. Unlike the animals, we were uniquely made in the image of our
Heavenly Father. Among all of the amazing and glorious creatures on earth, humans are the most

incredible. We alone, not even the angels, have the ability to become the children of YHWH.
The Love and Mercy extended to us from YHWH makes us glamorous and amazing.
 *YHWH is the Original Hebrew NAME of God as given to Moses in Exodus 3:13-15 (click link to
hear a song on YOU TUBE of Hillsong singing YHWH)

Psalms 139:14 "I will praise thee; for I am fearfully [and] wonderfully made:
marvellous [are] thy works; and [that] my soul knoweth right well !"

The One who painted this sunset with His finger also designed You wonderfully and uniquely !  

 

You Have Genuine GLAM! The Love and Mercy of God
surrounds us all and was why He first chose to create everything !!

         

1. Open your mind to believe that YHWH is a God of Love .

For YHWH so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believes in Him, will not perish,
but have everlasting LIFE. John 3:16

2.Open your heart to believe that YHWH is a God of Mercy

If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive our sins and to cleanse us from ALL unrighteousness.
1 John 1:9

3.Open your will to choose to call on the Holy Name of Jesus, as your Savour and Lord.

When King James translated the Greek Bible into English in 1611, the Holy NAME was a mystery and so we call Him Jesus and I personally Love His English Name, it is THE NAME I called on to be saved. 
There is so many incredible things I am learning from the original Hebrew meanings of the Name(s) of our Lord.

4. Open your spirit to be filled with the righteousness of His Holy Spirit which is the Ultimate GLAM!

The love of YHWH has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. Romans 5:5

That simple phrase from the song"Jesus loves me" can  bring ultimate satisfaction
